We eat a lot of pita chips in my household. We either snack on them with hummus, or simply eat them alone as a quick snack. When you make these incredibly delicious, fresh pita chips, whip up a quick batch of basil hummus to dip them in. I promise you will not regret it!
These pita chips literally take 10 minutes to make and are 10000000x better than store-bought! You can pretty much use any kind of seasoning with them (I used Trader Joe’s 21 seasoning salute), and add sesame seeds (because, honestly, who are we kidding? Sesame seeds make everything better!).
I’m really bummed that I haven’t thought to make these sooner. I’m really regretting the years I wasted eating store bought pita chips.
