We eat a lot of eggs at our house, and I was looking for something a little bit different to do, so I decided to try our a mini quiche recipe!  I was initially going to make this for breakfast, but then decided that it would make a great dinner!  It was quick and easy and delicious! (more…)

One of my favorite food memories is that of boat dinners with my Great Grandma Lil.  I don’t even remember what the occasion was, or who all was there, but I remember those huge boats, crammed full of food, being carried to our table by multiple waiters. (more…)

Slow Cooker Recipes

I’ve been working pretty long hours lately, so I’ve been looking for fun crock-pot dishes that I can quickly throw together in the morning (or the night before) to slow cook throughout the day and be ready when I get home from work, starving.  I stumbled upon an idea for a breakfast casserole from jimmy dean, and it inspired this awesome, yummy, filling Brinner Egg Dish.
